Five Tips for Losing Belly Fat
Whether you have 10 or 50 pounds to lose, we can all agree that losing belly fat is the most difficult. Dr. Oz premiered his new season with a show dedicated on how to lose inches on your waist line.
Tip #1. Eat in reverse – not this does not mean to eat facing away from the TV or while looking in a rear view mirror. It means to eat carbs early in the day, specifically for breakfast, and eat high protein meals with vegetables or salad the rest of the day.
Tip #2 – Have at least 25 grams of fiber throughout the day. Not only will this keep you “regular,” but you will also feel full throughout the day and avoid eating unhealthy snacks. Ideas mention are a Kashi Go Lean or Gnu snack, an orange and a package of Metamucil daily which provides 3 grams of fat.
Tip #3 – The fun one – drink one glass of red wine per day. It has qualities that are anti-inflammatory and helps to reduce stress – stress could lead to weight gain so it’s something you want to try to keep at bay, so what’s better than a glass of wine?
Tip #4: Confuse your muscles. Of course exercise is key, but you don’t want to let the get used to the same routine every day, so mix up the types of exercise you do for your core muscles – such as yoga, sit ups or lifts.
Tip #5: Last tip is to cut a piece of ribbon that is 32 inches long. This should be every woman’s goal to have a waist size of 32 or less. If you have a lot of weight to lose it could be overwhelming to see how much you have to go, and sometimes the scale does not move quick enough, so perhaps also cut a ribbon the size of your current waist so that you could see the difference after just a few weeks of following this plan.

Losing belly fat or any body fat is always challenging encounter. Each individual’s body
mechanism is different, that’s why some programs work very effectively and do miracles for
some individuals while at the same time they don’t work on others. Some people lose weight
on dieting alone while others don’t. I personally I believe that mind control plays a significant
part in losing weight or achieving anything in life. Dieting alone or working out without
involving your mind and unquestionable belief that you can lose weight will not achieve
much. Thank you for your tips
